📬 SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Submit up to 3 original photos per person

  • All subjects must be 18+ and provide signed consent

  • No sexual content or suggestive posing – must align with ethical, respectful naturist values

  • By submitting, you grant NaturismRE non-exclusive rights to display your photo with credit

  • Deadline: July 15, 2025

📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS (SHORT VERSION)

By submitting to the NaturismRE Photo Challenge 2025, you confirm and agree to the following:

  1. Originality
    All entries must be your own original work and must not have been previously published commercially or submitted to other competitions.

  2. Consent
    All individuals depicted in the photo(s) must be 18 years or older at the time of the photo and must have given written, signed consent for both submission and potential public display.
    Consent must be provided at the time of submission. Entries without complete and valid consent documentation will be considered ineligible and automatically disqualified.

  3. Naturist Values
    All submitted photos must reflect respectful, non-sexual naturist values, promoting authenticity, body acceptance, and harmony with nature.
    Content deemed sexually suggestive, exploitative, or in violation of NaturismRE's ethical standards will be removed and disqualified.

  4. Usage Rights
    By submitting, you grant NaturismRE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, publish, and share your photos across its platforms (including website, social media, digital and print campaigns, and the NaturismRE 2026 Digital Calendar), with credit to the creator.
    You retain full ownership of your work.

  5. Voting System
    Public voting will take place from July 20 to July 30, 2025, via the NaturismRE website. Each person may vote once per category and must verify their email to participate.
    NaturismRE reserves the right to review votes and disqualify any entry suspected of benefiting from vote manipulation or fraudulent activity.

  6. Prizes & Eligibility

    • Category winners will receive a Lifetime NaturismRE Membership, which is non-transferable and assigned to the verified winner.

    • Top 30 finalists (excluding category winners) receive a 2-Year Ambassador Membership with enhanced platform privileges.

    • Finalists may be featured in the NaturismRE 2026 Digital Calendar. Consent for inclusion is required at the time of submission or entries will not be valid for publication.

  7. Participant Rewards
    All verified participants receive:

    • A 20% discount on their next NaturismRE membership or merchandise purchase, valid for 12 months from the date of submission.

    • An official 2025 Digital Participation Badge to display on social media or personal profiles.

  8. Right to Disqualify or Cancel
    NaturismRE reserves the right to disqualify any submission or participant found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or to be acting in bad faith.
    NaturismRE further reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition in part or in full at any time, without notice, in the event of technical issues, legal changes, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

  9. Legal Jurisdiction
    This competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By participating, you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree that all decisions made by NaturismRE are final and binding.

  10. This competition is void where prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.
